My kids and I enjoyed being there. The family room was brand-new with a halic view and the location was lovely. Essentials that you need, such as an iron, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment, were there.

The location was lovely as for me, adjacent to nearby restaurants, the Old Town or Taksim square, and shopping areas and sightseeing. I truly enjoyed rooms with great view.

The location was excellent and peaceful, relatively near Halic Congress Center. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The room with a nice view. TV, a mini fridge bar, and coffee and tea making equipment were good!
Had really poor breakfast, it might be far better.

The food was great with a wide range of options. The location was central, short walk to the nearest tram station taksim square was around 30mins away, the main attractions like the spice market, and public transports which obviously was n't cheap at all.
